Comic Pitch: Geeks and Dragons

Working title, first character designs, etc., anything subject to change.
The characters’ specific geek categories:
Mick – a hardcore, oldschool sci-fi geek. Knows practically everything there is to know about the history of what he calls “pure” speculative fiction and has even more opinions than data. Calls himself a programmer but works at the same supermarket as Ruth.
Isobel – aca-geek and feminist blogger. Gives courses.
Sybaris – self-described “sex geek” due to their extensive reading and writing on the subject of sex, kink and culture, nonetheless also geeks over various fantasy universes and goes to steampunk conventions. Works at wherever they can.
Ruth – fantasy geek and somewhat hippie-ish.
Matt – music geek and gamer. Plays gigs sometimes or takes on contracts at his uncle’s construction business.
Dragon – is a total jock.
