Jailbreaking your devices is now legal in the U.S. by order of DCMA! My prediction: Operators sell fewer locked phones, and a lot of customers in countries that offer locked devices will be confused and angry that their devices suddenly cost more and that they have to figure out the difference between “SIM card”, “device”, “operator” and “manufacturer”. Meanwhile, nerds celebrate.
